International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
	We ship to every country, and our rates for small packages using Priority or Express International are very low.  Shipping from California to Australia and New Zealand is usually very fast. We can ship large bulk quantities and have rates for most items in our system, but if you are thinking about a large order you may want to email us ([email protected]) so we can research all shipping options for you. In some cases we may contact you if the shipping option you choose has been discontinued or is temporarily unavailable.  If a similar service is available for the same rate, we will just ship your order. SNOWFALL MACHINES are too large for Priority Or Express Mail and the rates for UPS International are very high.  However, if you email us your full shipping address we can find the best available rate for you to consider.  Sometimes we can find highly discounted air courier rates.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order the same or next business day. You will receive an order confirmation after payment and a shipping notice with tracking after you order leaves out warehouse.
